Dr. John Papay and his colleagues conducted one of the more comprehensive evaluations of an urban teacher residency program.  They studied candidate characteristics, retention rates, as well as student performance data from the Boston Teacher Residency.  Papay will present the findings and practical challenges involved in conducting this research.
